Two years ago -- 2nd season. The loser (Corey Clark) was booted from the show because he lied to the producers about his background. He had been arrested for beating up his little sister. Ugly SOB and couldn't sing a lick in my opinion. Besides that was the year of Clay and Ruben, and nobody was going to beat them.
