Yes...don't worry, you can re-vote tonight..I think it was the final numbers they gave out last night...new numbers tonight.
You gotta be kidding!
You know unless they're from NC I have a hard time at the beginning!
Semi-finalist Sarah Mather from Wilmington, NC--how a no-talent like Mikalah is still in the competition and Sarah (who at least had a decent voice) was kicked off is beyond me.
Thanks for clarifying that bit about the vote. Well, time to get off the Internet and actually vote.
I listened to tonights performances on the radio instead of watching on T.v. The contestants that truly sounded the worse on radio were of course Mikayla, Nadia and as much as I hate to say this Anwar. Towards the end he picked it up but on the radio it did not sound good in the first few notes. I hope though that Mikayla will be the one to go home.
Fantasia!
Yeah, we wuz robbed on that one!
Oh really....you don't hear to much about her...I know she has a cd out, but I wonder how it's doing...
Does anyone remember her audition and her giggling after she made it to Hollywood? She then said to a national camera that maybe if she wins she can afford to buy her mom the boob job she wanted. I just can't get that out of my head. Just made me think that she was a total idiot.
Alot of claymates here tonight.
Really? I missed that.
Did you hear Mikalah speak after tonight's song? I wanted to stick sewing needles in my ears--SHUT UP!!!
I hated seeing her leave! She was so pretty too. :(
I did hear her talking. It was just Fabulous!...NOT
Yep.....that's probably why we're all still here. :-)
I really liked Clay too! However, since Ruben was from Alabama and only lived 40 minutes from me I voted for him as well. I really liked him but he has been a disappointment lately. :( Alabama tends to get behind their contestants on AI if they are good. We have what's called a Bice squad going for Bo and all the news stations make sure to remind Alabamians to vote and when voting time ends. Bama is a really competitive state.
"You can't do that, unfortunately!"
Yes, not this time, but other times I wish they had the NOT THEM phone lines.
"....I LOVE CLAY! and when the heck does he have a new CD coming out!???!"
WHEN ARE THEY GOING TO PUT HIM ON BROADWAY???? WHERE HE REALLY BELONGS????
Sorry, but that was our plan for Clay. Maybe he could re-do Carousel, or something. They put all sorts of TV stars on bway these days, Clay could really hack it.
I'm waiting.....I'm waiting....
"I like Mikalah because of her spunk!"
I like her too! But I think after tonight/last night she's probably done. But we won't cry for her, because she's 17!
I'm afraid it's also gonna be Anwar, or maybe Anthony who goes. But the girls were better tonight than the guys.
I hate it when the judges swoon over one of them so early. Hate it.
"Did they get it wrong with the final rundown in the last minute of the show, was that when the mistake was made?"
Yes, exactly. The BIG numbers, where is says vote 866-IDOLS-XX were correct, but the small print numbers, were it's all numbers, they screwed up the last digits for three of the contestants. They showed it tonight, how it was wrong.
Mistakes happen, I think they handled this the best way possible. And for me it worked, I couldn't get to watch closely last night, nor did I vote.
Plus, I hope it proved to hubby that they are honest, 'cause last night he was saying "the votes don't count, it is all rigged" and of course that had nothing to do with the error, which we didn't even catch!
Good wrapup. I loved Nadia's look - it was a little distracting at first, but she has got style to spare.
I thought the Partridge Family/Lt. Dan collision was just strange.
So, what *are* the lyrics that Jessica messed up? I can't recall what they should be.
