Time for that tinfoil hat. It's Bush's fault.

Anyone see Paula on SNL the other night? I missed it but I heard it was a "hoot."

I heard they lampooned Lt. Dan too. That's easy. Just get someone with long greasy hair to french kiss the mic.

Well, twin2 said they can't have a recording contract to get on Idol. I didn't know that. I guess that make sense, they don't want contestants to have any other obligations.

Paula..."I'd like to see you wear your pants tighter next time."

ROFLMAO!

I got over the Vonzell sympathy thing pretty quick! It was a rapidly passing idea... :-)

I saw it Tony. It was cute and it was good that she took it on.

She looked gorgeous and in control too.

I can't get through to Bo or Carrie. I've been voting for both of them from the start so I'll be happy if either wins.

Well, we want Carrie.

But kids don't want a role model for crying out loud. They are phoning and texting for people they want and if teens start wanting role models, well I will faint dead away.

They want what we don't want. That is why they are kids.

Didn't Bo perform with one of the Allman brothers? To me that's a bit too far over to the pro side.

You would think that if Bo really had a chance to "make it", he would already have had the opportunity and contacts to do that.

I don't know. I don't mind Bo and he's fun to watch. I'd just like to see someone win who wouldn't be able to get a real chance otherwise... :-)

I saw Scott on Fox and Friends this morning. Here's something I posted to Palladin earlier about it.

http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-chat/1363125/posts?page=5867#5867

He's not the brightest kid out there, but he was pleasant and joked a bit. He was also very gracious about being booted off.

Thanks! I'm glad you got to watch him. He's not real educated but he makes up for it in personality. With his voice I think he's going to make it big. I bet he has a song out before the end of the year. I hope he does, and I hope it's going to give him a chance to live the lifestyle that he's never known. :)

Since most everyone here is trying to get through for Bo or Carrie, I've been trying to vote for Anthony.

So far, I've only gotten through once and that's on constant redial.

Beandog has the touch in this voting thing!

Paula publicist should get a huge raise for putting her on SNL!

Best way to "defuse" the situation is to hit it head on and do it with humor.

It's fun to tease Paula, but I really don't think (as John Wong says) "She bangs" contestants.

I got through on Carrie's line once.

But you've got to alternate between Carrie and Anthony because we can't just assume that Carrie's going to be safe.

As the Dems say, Vote early and Vote often.

You are very welcome. It's nice to see another Scott fan.

Netizen liked Scott also. I don't think he was her favorite, but she saw something in Scott also.

I love his voice. I've saved a couple of his AI performances to listen to again and again. :-)

Good point Tony. I'll go get my other handset and do like I did last week.

Well if she goes it's not going to be because of me. I'm getting a little bit nervous because I'm not having as much trouble as I was in the beginning. Counted 29 times so far.

Keep voting...

I've still only gotten one vote in...I'm going to keep trying.

I agree. I thought it was pretty funny. When Constantine got voted off "Paula" started crying - "why does everyone I love leave me.." Then she told him she was gonna buy him a cell phone.

The rest of SNL sucked.. as usual..
