Do you think he looks older in that pic? Just bad make up? Hey no eye liner!
That or the tongue!
Did you see this post by Elyse?
I'm really disappointed and shocked to see how many people have embraced this media story without question.
If you go to the Smoking Gun and check out the 'police report' that this whole story is based on you will see that it is a witness statement taken by the police. The Smoking Gun distorts the truth by saying 'According to the police" and then they state details from the witness report which are the words of the witness and not the words of the policeman taking the statement or a statement of fact from the police department. You do not have all the facts. You have one side of the story.
If you believe that every man that is accused of a domestic violence is guilty and that no woman can lie or exaggerate in a police report when she is upset or angry, then I guess that is all the evidence you need to convict him in an internet kangaroo court.
The report states that the girlfriend signed a warrant for his arrest. She did not sign the warrant. The police went ahead with the case on their own because at that time Ohio was having a zero tolerance on domestic abuse campaign. The girlfriend, in fact, wrote a letter to the court in Scott's defense.
The Smoking Gun says that Scott eventually took a plea, insinuating that he plea bargained, when there is no evidence of that. The district attorney could have dropped the charges when he realized that he did not have the evidence to convict.
The facts in this case are that Scott was accused of crime that he was not found guilty of committing. Scott plead no contest and was found guilty of a misdemeanor disorderly conduct charge.
In the 4 years, since this incident Scott went on to become a state certified corrections officer. He has custody of his son.
Every article about this in the media has not added any new facts. All the, so called, reporters have only paraphrased the Smoking Gun report. I guess they are all too lazy or not intelligent enough to find all the facts and write an unbiased report that contains both sides of the story. It's better to put out a juicy story, than the real story.

If you go to www.tvgasm.com/archives/american_idol/000660.php(sorry I can't post a link or picture -DOH!) there is a really funny picture of Con & his teeth. There also is a link to some video of him on the show & your gonna crack up. It explains Constanine keeping his pants on.
I saw another clip of where the girl picks him but can't find it now. :(
I love that! Netizen freepmailed me that last night. You're right, it's much better than a mugshot.
It's a real hoot!
I noticed that his hair has the same greasy look to it...ewwww.
Look at the ones above!
Yep Thats it.
OMG! Isn't it FUNNY!!! What a DORK!!
No, I hadn't seen that one from Elyse. Thanks for the ping.
Interesting isn't it?
Oh my heavens. What in the heck was he doing?
EWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW..........
What a weirdo!
I just watched the video, which does at least explain those goofy facial expressions. It's pretty funny.
Holy crap, jonny, the dude is UGLY in those pics. Doesn't look like he bathed much back then, either. And no wonder he keeps his hair long -- looks like his ears must stick out a mile.
I agree with your prediction. Bo then Carrie.
I want Carrie to win, but I think the judge's want Bo.
I don't like either rocker. To me, it's just screaming.
But I'm 56 yrs. old..........LOL
I'm with you Jonny :)
And Clay Aiken, as a wildcard, came in 2nd.
My sentiments exactly :-D
And apparently, His Greasiness, Constantine surfaced at the White House Correspondents Dinner last night. Two questions: Who invited him? And why!?
Good morning, jonny. I couldn't wait to get to my computer this AM to let you know about Constantine showing up at the dinner -- glad you noticed before I could, though.
I happened to record the C-SPAN pre-event coverage, and I nearly fell off my chair when Lt. Dan showed up on the red carpet! He looked as scuzzy as ever. Still doesn't look like he bathed. They didn't say who he was with. These events are by invitation only, and no one could have known until last Wednesday that he wouldn't still be on the show in Los Angeles.
So how did he score a last-minute invite? The only thing that makes sense to me is that someone on the FOX contingent who was already going invited Constantine for the extra bit of publicity it would generate for AI. It worked, too, because Cedric the Entertainer, who was the headline act of the evening (not counting the First Lady and GWB), mentioned Constantine's presence in the audience during his comedy routine.
I haven't seen any pictures or video of Lt. Dan's appearance at the dinner last night, but judging by Wolfstar's description, I imagine he looked exactly the way he did on AI. Or worse--Elimidate!
(BTW, Paula Zahn? What is it with this guy and women named "Paula"? I don't get it!)
