If anything, Alley's show was making the point that bulimia is an absurd choice as a weight loss tool. Some people need to get a sense of humor.

Tell the bulimics to keep it down over there!

Kirstie Alley is the most annoyingly stupid person on the face of this planet. I don't wish ill on anymore and I never tell a lie, but I wish she would get his by a bus. Whoops.

C'mon, don't tell them to hold it down. Why won't you let them spill their guts?

I saw it too and actually enjoyed watching it. I plan to watch it again next week. I give her Kudos for coming out with this show. She's been slammed for years in the tabloids for her weight! I think it is pretty cool myself. After years of Laura Flynn Boyle, Calista Flockhart etc being used as 'beauty icons' (gag) it is nice to see the other side of the coin.

Was it a clue when Kelly Preston injected herself with bo-tox at the beginning of the scene?

I've been noticing that whenever comedians are on TV -- people laugh at them! This group is probably laughed at more than any other. I don't know how they stand it! Congress should pass a law that says you can't laugh at comedians any more. Oh, the humanity!

I say, so what if she is heavy - It's her choice. If she loses weight - Kudos to her - but she's also pointing out in her show how Hollywood agents and people in general treat fat people. I once saw a show where a thin girl put on some fake padding to look fat and went out in the street to pretend that she was having trouble getting into her car. She was ignored by every man in site and this was filmed right on the street. Once she went back in and took the padding off and went back as her normal weight men ran over to help her.
