I thought that I din't had to explain those details of the forgery, but since you raised the "other six skeletons" issue, I will:

1. a skeleton of someone who suffered of microcephaly was aged and buried into that cave.

2. Six other skeletons (normal) were buried also there, in  different layers of earth. This is part of the deception base technique, SUGGESTION.

•  This suggests to the average iditot that the other skeletons were also "hobbits".
• For the scientific spirits it was just announced that "they were dated in a range of 95,000 to 12,000 years old, dug up in different layers of earth". So it was clear that in case the question appeared: are the other six skeletons also "hobbits" the answer would be "no".

Had you pursued blam's ref. with a little more vigor, you might have found this:
