Hey! I'm up to 2/3rds decaf in my weaning process! This was the way to go. Literally one tablespoon at a time. I've only had one real headache and it wasn't even that bad. Some mild headaches early last week.

I'm tellin' ya...the misery I experienced the times before was excruciating. This has been much easier on me.
