Welcome to The Hobbit Hole!
And take the hidden paths that run...
New verse:
Upon the hearth the fire is red, Beneath the roof there is a bed; But not yet weary are our feet, Still round the corner we may meet A sudden tree or standing stone That none have seen but we alone. Tree and flower and leaf and grass, Let them pass! Let them pass! Hill and water under sky, Pass them by! Pass them by! |
|
|
Still round the corner there may wait A new road or a secret gate, And though we pass them by today, Tomorrow we may come this way And take the hidden paths that run Towards the Moon or to the Sun. Apple, thorn, and nut and sloe, Let them go! Let them go! Sand and stone and pool and dell, Fare you well! Fare you well! |
|
Home is behind, the world ahead, And there are many paths to tread Through shadows to the edge of night, Until the stars are all alight. Then world behind and home ahead, Well wander back to home and bed. Mist and twilight, cloud and shade, Away shall fade! Away shall fade! Fire and lamp, and meat and bread, And then to bed! And then to bed! |

I'm washing it right now by itself with a lot of soap.... bleach will be next if needed :~D
Or it will become yet another farm work-shirt :~D

Ah...I couldn't tell if it were pink or if that was just the way my screen was showing it.
I'm listening to Starkindler. Loud. :-) Not worried that it might bother anyone (except maybe the neighbors) and I can actually hear it!

Why were you clearing ditches in a good shirt? Well, smartypants.... I don't have a good answer for that. :~D
I thought cleaning it out was going to be an easier matter.
But it's pouring out. First time in awhile and it always needs cleaned out with horse traffic coming and going...

Well, it's pink, but it may become white :~D So wash it in hot water with something red...

So wash it in hot water with something red... Or she could just give it to Steve and he'll eventually do it.

Wife washed all our stuff together...and you know the rest.

I think I told you about Steve washing all my white racing tee-shirts, including my marathon tee-shirt with a cheap red Mexican dress I got in Ensenada on our honeymoon?
I still yell about that when the mood strikes me.

I have to go soon. Can I spam to 2,000?
After all, I have 1500,1600,1700,1800 and 1900. 2000 should be mine by divine right. You really don't want to argue theology do you?
40+ posts spam...

My family has a theory called "divine right of eldest". It usually applies to which sib gets the front seat.
Anyway what I'm implying is since you are such an aged relic, go for it...

Was there no horns and a tail as optional garb at the South Park site?
