I think it's time American Taxpaying Citizens declared war on Mexico since our government won't do it. How about a taxpayer class action suit to recoup our tax money?
International courts have NO jurisdiction over our affairs in my humble opinion! Are we, as a sovereign nation, going to permit an international court to dictate our internal affairs? When did the state of Arizona relinquish this right to the federal government as the 10th Amendment requires?

Oh well that settles it then. It MUST be unconstitutional on that basis alone.... I'm not quite sure how requiring voter to be citizens is unconstitutional? Heck I thought that the law specifies that only citizens can vote.
