I think it's time American Taxpaying Citizens declared war on Mexico since our government won't do it. How about a taxpayer class action suit to recoup our tax money?

Time to build a concrete "fence" on our border. Keep 'em from getting here to collect the bennies in the first place.

This is the type of concrete fence (below) that Homeland Security recommends for protecting water reservoirs, etc. It's an incredibly fast type of construction, and it can't be cut like a chain link fence.
