I did job application and resume stuff for a long time...

I think the plainer the wording the better... I'd ~almost~ risk being cute and have 'OOPs' in the subject line. Depends on how formal the job is... they are just people at the other end. They'll understand.

This is rather embarrassing (particularly coming from a computer

information that I had sent an older copy of the file with several

btw, had two brush hawgin' jobs this weekend... one easy, one my own private hell...

I like the OOPS part. It just might make Rosie's resume stand out as someone who isn't afraid to admit mistakes and move on.
