Evening, those a great pics of the doggie door, layout, installation and usage. :-) Great captions as well. Methinks that Homer is no stranger to doggie doors. The TV timer is a great idea as well.

Evening Rosie - your kitty poses well for pics. Ours are camera shy. Still, we do have a few from each of our furr-balls.

Hmm, alternately blasting Celtic rock and J-pop. Sounds good to me. But what I really love about Starkindler is the hymns. I don't know that I'd love Celtic sound as much without the faith.

I really love that CD...it's one of my most favorite. It's the one I like to listen to in the car.

but I'm wondering how they're gonna react tomorrow.

I'm betting they're gonna be thrilled for you, and a little envious for your being able to go off on an adventure such as this. I'll be keeping you in my prayers!

Mrsnad, I have both the Latin Primer series AND Writing Strands which is good for kids just starting out doing some real writing.

I am completely dispondent. (Well, ok...just slightly.)

I failed my iron test and they wouldn't let me donate blood. I have been planning on Steve and I both donating today because today was the first day Steve could donate again and it's the last day of "double points". They give you points each time you donate and then you get to pick something nice...at least a bit nicer than the standard tee-shirt that they give you. (You still get the tee-shirt, but you get to pick out a gift in addition to the tee-shirt.)

Well, anyway, today was the last chance to get double points and I was looking forward to getting a nice thermal travel mug with the blood institute logo on it. Steve would have enough for a nice lawn chair.

I couldn't give. :-( They did give me the tee-shirt though...a nice long-sleeve tee-shirt with the OSU Cowboy's logo and the blood institute logo too. And they let me sign up for a drawing...a 42 inch plasma screen tv. But I didn't get the double points.

I was so obviously disappointed that they told me to check back on Sat! I only missed the mark by a bit.

I'd donate even if they didn't have all this crap they give away...but this just makes it more fun.

Before you go again, eat lots of spinach, or other dark greens and eggs, but not necessarily at the same time. ;o) They're high in iron, if I'm remembering correctly. Red meat is as well, but you've got those nice fresh eggs right there every morning!
