Welcome to The Hobbit Hole!
Tomorrow we may come this way...
New verse:
Upon the hearth the fire is red, Beneath the roof there is a bed; But not yet weary are our feet, Still round the corner we may meet A sudden tree or standing stone That none have seen but we alone. Tree and flower and leaf and grass, Let them pass! Let them pass! Hill and water under sky, Pass them by! Pass them by! |
|
|
Still round the corner there may wait A new road or a secret gate, And though we pass them by today, Tomorrow we may come this way And take the hidden paths that run Towards the Moon or to the Sun. Apple, thorn, and nut and sloe, Let them go! Let them go! Sand and stone and pool and dell, Fare you well! Fare you well! |
|
Home is behind, the world ahead, And there are many paths to tread Through shadows to the edge of night, Until the stars are all alight. Then world behind and home ahead, Well wander back to home and bed. Mist and twilight, cloud and shade, Away shall fade! Away shall fade! Fire and lamp, and meat and bread, And then to bed! And then to bed! |

I think so...last I heard. I imagine if he moves they'll forward...it seems when they move him, they move him quick.
What is Mologne House? Is it like a Ronald McDonald house or something?

thecrud swept through here last year... everyone was done but me... I felt like crap, (more like utter shite) but didn't let it get to me...
when everyone was back on their feet and smilin', I went down fer about 24 hours... then I was fine...

He said "What do you expect, a roadmap with flashing arrows?" "In his heart, a good man plans his path, but God directs his footsteps..." Proverbs 16:9
He'll never give you perfect awareness, cuz then you stop leanin' on Him... but an occaisional burnin' bush izzuh great thing...

not yet, she buzzed out into the back yard and was back in a flash. She's taking her post breakfast nap now, she'll get one when it quits.

Hello...just dropping by with greetings for the Hobbit Hole gang as requested.
I do stop in here from time to time to snoop and find it interesting. A friendly and cozy place.
Have a great day! (Evening here...the day is almost over.)

Morning 2J; thanks for the pic of Andy. Looks like he's getting pretty well. Fine young man there.

and wishing God would kinda give me a sign, He did! It's small and red and says "SOLD!".
:)
I'm still tickled for you.

We ate dinner there last weekend for the first time. Good food and lots of it. Gypsygirl got a real treat with a couple slices of steak. Couldn't believe the number of people waiting to get seated as we left.

Hiya - the Hole tends to be a bit sleepy on the weekends. Hope you can have a cup of cocoa and stay a bit.

What is Mologne House? Is it like a Ronald McDonald house or something? The Mologne House was a lodging facility on the Waler Reed compound... they've used it for lodging outpatient therapy cases from OIF/OEF... since it's a gov't facility, it's basically a a very nice "barracks" for recovering troops... I've seen it, but I've never been in it...

Morning all, I'm finally up. Was kinda restless last night... had to take a bunch of antihistamine after unloading the hay, and it messed with my sleep pattern - drowsy at 6pm, wide awake at 1am.
Now, what's for breakfast?

The portions tend toward the gi-normous :)
The parent company also runs the Carrabba's chain. That's goooooood eatin', if you don't mind it being (thanks Corin) a trifle spendy.
