Welcome to The Hobbit Hole!
Tomorrow we may come this way...
New verse:
Upon the hearth the fire is red, Beneath the roof there is a bed; But not yet weary are our feet, Still round the corner we may meet A sudden tree or standing stone That none have seen but we alone. Tree and flower and leaf and grass, Let them pass! Let them pass! Hill and water under sky, Pass them by! Pass them by! |
|
|
Still round the corner there may wait A new road or a secret gate, And though we pass them by today, Tomorrow we may come this way And take the hidden paths that run Towards the Moon or to the Sun. Apple, thorn, and nut and sloe, Let them go! Let them go! Sand and stone and pool and dell, Fare you well! Fare you well! |
|
Home is behind, the world ahead, And there are many paths to tread Through shadows to the edge of night, Until the stars are all alight. Then world behind and home ahead, Well wander back to home and bed. Mist and twilight, cloud and shade, Away shall fade! Away shall fade! Fire and lamp, and meat and bread, And then to bed! And then to bed! |

we couldn't ask for more from them. A couple of years from now they're gonna all claim that it was a dastardly plot by Karl Rove. I'm only half kidding about that.
Quote of the night from DU: "Wow, this whole freedom for the world thing is really scary".
I kid you not.
[my paragraphs didn't work. thought I'd try that again.]

Hillary looked terrible. I mean, more than the usual terrible.
I'm waiting for her to undergo her extreme makeover before trying to jockey for the presidential run in 08.

LOL!
Maybe we should ask Rosie if that stuff she used for the corners of her house will work.

I think she's gone past the stuff a little spackle can fix. We're off into resin and fabric territory.

Sadly, I don't work there, so I am subjected to the bitter Kerry voters and their cruel punishments.
Currently, they are torturing me by dragging their feet on my PC upgrade and constantly loading "updates" during the busiest time of the day which puts my system in slow motion for 5 minutes.
They load updates at least once every half hour. Grrrr....
My Dubya pictures are still up though. And I've added an inaugeration pic to my desktop to boot. *grin*

Nope. And when I ask them if maybe I have a virus or something, they say "no, that's impossible".
Then I ask why all of the updates and ONLY on my PC and no one else's and they say "I dunno".
*rolls eyes*
Let them play their silly games. It gives them something to do besides look busy.
Nighty night! (((Ramius)))
