I doubt the missile would have the range. Didn't the terrorists just steal a warhead from the military convoy in Iowa, not the missile? They couldn't get an ICBM on the black market(yet.)
But the answer is no, because Marwan taped a message to be broadcast about America waking up changed, and that the US would continue to get hit by them again and again.

Yeah you're right...just thought maybe he could mean our world would be changed because we would have to fight a superpower. This show has so many twists to it. I hope Jack gets to question the Heller kid (this hurts doesn't it?) :)

There was a plot line about a month ago that suggested Edgar was more than what he seemed (some thought he could be a top secret agent with a hidden agenda or a plant in CSI). But haven't seen that possibility developed lately.
