You wouldn't believe what it takes to actually prosecute these scum. And apparently Arkansas isn't the only state like that. Basically, without a confession or DNA evidence, they walk.

Any good DA can and will prosecute the scum... some just choose not to do so. No, they may not win the case, but they can charge them with a crime and bring them before a jury.
Scott Peterson was found guilty on circumstantial evidence...because a DA charged him with a crime.
Well, able and willing are two different matters. This guy has walked in Illinois, Missouri and now Arkansas, although we are hoping that after having done their investigative work for them, maybe the history will give our prosecutor the incentive. I'm not holding my breath though. He seems to have a soft spot for pedophiles.

Well, the Stephen Limbaughs, both Sr and Jr have sat on the Supreme Courts in Missouri. They are uncle and cousin to Rush. And then there is David Limbaugh who is his brother and my lawyer still....I think.
For me, about 1am or 2am, actually it was 4am this morning. But 1am seems to be normal on a work day unless you are very old or very young. On the weekends, of course, it is much later for everyone.
We are actually out of our timezone as we are on Romance Standard Time also as CET, yet we are near Cape Finisterre, the end of the world. We have long evenings and dark mornings giving us sunset at 11pm in Summer. We are an hour ahead of England although we are West of Greenwich and should be an hour behind them.
But to further mess things up, we have a long 2 1/2 to 3 hour lunch time. Then people go back to work until 8pm., so most do no get home until nine.
One day we will join the rest of the world and have sane meal times, but so far, Galicia has resisted even though other parts of the country are changing.
