Good morning folks. I hope this Sandy Berglar crime gets the response it deserves. It infuriates me to realize how he executed and might get away with stealing documents of the highest secret classification, higher than "top secret".
I found an interesting new blog last night. It's got several terrorism experts contributing to it, the lead blogger is Steven Emerson who wrote "American Jihad". Another is Douglas Farah which is a name I recognize from articles here on FR. Anyway, there are links to current news stories in addition to the blog articles and there is also bio information on the bloggers on the site. Looks to be one worth checking in on. The site is:

On Fox now.
Good morning. Had a break from the little darlings and decided to see who is around. Hope everyone has a great day.
Thanks Westy.
When I was a radio announcer in Cordova Alaska, my studio window looked out over Prince William Sound, and I saw the eagles and crows feeding on the beach.
Eagles hate crows and crows hate eagles. I watched crows gang up on eagles and fly past very fast, plucking feathers from their tails as they went by.
I also observed crows rehearsing this maneuver, they were actually practicing barrel rolls while flying, quick little rolls, but it put them in a defensive posture upside down the moment they were about to collide with an eagle.
More than once, with eagles being the more solitary birds and crows gregarious in this behavior, the eagles came out the worse for the encounter.
I see the eagle in the pic watching the crow carefully.

Afternoon everyone. Is everyone hiding in the bushes? Oh my, DD can be an exciting place at times I guess.
Even without Darks around. ;)
A boulder some 25 feet high blocks both lanes of the Topanga Caynon Road, Monday, Jan. 10, 2005, as electrical contractors fix broken power and communication lines in Malibu, Calif. No injures where reported, but the road remains closed. The storm system was blamed for at least nine deaths during the weekend in Southern California, including a man killed when his vehicle plunged into the surf off Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu, and a homeless man killed when the hillside where his tent was pitched gave way. Very interesting about crows and their pack behavior. (Flock behavior?) I'd never read about that before.
What if that puppy was a solid Gold nugget?
Isn't that just the most amazing picture of that huge boulder?! Prayers for those affected by this slide, the pictures look like it was terrifying. And sudden, without warning.

Los Angeles utility workers Doug Quintal, left, and Eric Lawrence pass a two-story house that collapsed after a mudslide Monday Jan 10, 2005, in the Coldwater Canyon section of Los Angeles. Authorities said a father and his two children were pulled from the rubble of the home. The father had minor injuries. Nine deaths have been linked to a series of storms pounding Southern California that have unleashed flash floods and mudslides, forced evacuations and closed roads and schools. (AP Photo/Nick Ut)
I would like to see a nature documentary on the behavior of Crows and Eagles over the Mud Flags of Cordova, Alaska.
There is a huge maze of natural canals that fills and empties with each tide, maybe two square miles of mud, and the birds are ferocious predators of fish and aquatic game in it. I once strayed to the end when the tide started coming back, and it was a life or death struggle to figure out the maze and avoid being stuck there.
I observed the birds' behavior enough to see it was cognizant, deliberate, and very vicious.
