It seems it was cancer are they shrinking the tumor or did they take it out and now doing Chemo?

Don't know till the radiation and chemo is done and then they will do more tests and she how she is
It's a 50/50 chance that she will pull through it all
Her spirits are up and she sounds great considering everything she has been through
She's also in therapy to help her short term memory.
She tends to have problem finding words that she wants to say

They were able to remove the tumor ... but it was a very large and aggressive growing tumor
I guess they are making sure they kill off if there are any others they did not get

It is so improtant to keep the spirit cheerful and the lost of words could be the chemo...I know I had trouble with recall with words when I tried to return to the job world...It was dreadful for my memory was one of my assets being dys. as I continued over time it has returned!

I know many reports now believe in shrinking the tumor and than removing...at least for breast and the brain I would think they would want to do that so they save as many brain cells as posible!

The tumor wasn't attached to her brain .. it was in the front part of her head/brain ... that was the good news out of all this
The bad news was that it was malignant and aggressive growing

Keep the faith it could have been pressure from the tumor and maybe in time it will start to improve after they are done.
