The new dining room set.

Both cheapo's, but all I needed or liked. Now we need to make room for it. ;) Ohhh..so much unpacking, and we're still packing.. Haven't even started the dishware, pots and pans or food yet..

In a couple years we'll have to. It will be getting too much for us. Will look for a ranch no doubt.

Do you want me to tell you when the yard/barn sale is? lol

This evening at Pecan Creek the water flowed across the road and then turned to a water fall.. It ate out the Road and turned a dry ravine into a lake in a few hours.

todays damage.
After sunset Queen Creek!

LOL....I should take a pic of this mess we're living in right now. The movers will be here at 8:30 in the morning.. and the window guy with all the blinds etc will be over there at 9:30. So things are moving along now.

Be sure to get it empty BEFORE you put the house on the market.
My parents assumed their house in Houston they had been in 30 years would take months to sell, so there would be plenty of time for attics and closets.

It sold the second week.

The next 30 days were hellish.

That is cute Grannie.

Wat a good sitting spot in your new kitchen area.

What's across the water?

I don't know how you can stand it and sound so calm. We work on a remodeling project here and there, but it's so stressful to have construction workers over day-in and day-out (like it sounds at your place). Gosh, the house sure looks wonderful though.
