I just opened the mail.

I got a "handwritten" note from W. I think it's printed, but it's his handwriting. And it's addressed to "Dear Corin" and talks about my work for his campaign in Virginia.

I didn't think I gave him ~that~ much money...

Whoa! Ain't you special! I didn't send him any money, and I didn't even do any work for him. Would have been a waste of time up here. I wore my Bush/Cheney pins everywhere I went, and found out that there are quite a few Repubs. up here. He got 37% here against the 'favorite son' so he didn't do too badly.

Joseph wants Apple Cranberry pie for Christmas, so he's gonna bake that tomorrow. Paul made Pumpkin Pie the other night cause he felt like it. It was vey good, so I'm going to have him do another. SSQ likes pies better than cake, but David might have to make another Pineapple Upside Down cake, cause SSQ liked that really well. We've been doing a lot of cooking and baking since they've been home. ;o)

Took me two hours to get all the lights on the 10' tree at Church. Then I put the lights on the smaller tree in the Parish Hall(the basement of the Church) that they use for an additional Mass at 4:30. The Church looks lovely at Christmas.Now I get to fix up MY house. I've been putting it off, and just got the lights on our tree this morning. The kids will put ornaments on it tomorrow while I'm wrapping gifts, then they can wrap gifts they bought when I'm done.
