Here's wishing you the Happiest of New Years! They may not be Gandalf's fireworks, but they're still pretty!

We toasted the New Year with 3 bottles of bubbly among the 5 adults, munching on some Toasted Pecans and some Spiced Pecans. Then we decided to watch the first disc of ROTK-EE which none of us had seen because we hadn't had time since they gave it to me for Christmas!! It was really good. I like the extra scenes very well, especially the one between Pippin and Faramir, and even the one between Faramir and Denethor, particularly Denethor's 'waking dream' sequence. ;o) We had to stop at the end of the first disc since it was getting late.

I helped Paul cut up the pork tenderloin for Puerco Pibil, which he's gonna cook for lunch tomorrow. I can only take a bit cause it's VEY spicy!! Now, to bed!
