Good morning!
Have another busy day today so I won't be around much. :(
I think it's morning....I've forgotten the sight of sunchine....
Yeah. I seriesly need some sunshine. Was all froggy this morning. Made the drive a little hair-raising.
It's been froggy here for the past few weeks. Maybe I should get a sun lamp.
Cool post#. I thought about getting one this year, but got sidetracked. Definately for next year.
Ruh roh! #2 son started walking at 9 months! He was everywhere all at once! LOL!
Shipley's donuts are really good! Got one of those in my hometown; been there for a while. Krispy Kremes are too greasy for me. I like Dunkin Donuts, WAY too much! ;o)
Good morning!
Supposed to be ridiculously warm here - in the fifties! I'm wavering between being happy for the heat and depressed 'cause we've not had a real winter.
Because the office is a work in progress at home, my computer is disconnected. I may get it set up in the kitchen tonight...or may just leave it off for now so I don't have any excuses to distract me from decrapping / scrubbing. The kids got most of the old wall paper off yesterday! There are still a few patches, and then everything needs to be washed down and a lot of places need spackle, and then we can finally paint that room. Excellent!
Got around to watching more special features last night, since I was computerless...I'm once again amazed at all the dedication to detail that went into everything, even stuff we didn't necessarily see or notice. It's just amazing! Last night I watched the part about designing the sets.
When I was in college, I worked at Burger King, on the LATE shift. I was the only girl in the place who didn't have curfew cause I lived at home, not on campus. So there were weekend nights that I didn't get off until 3am. WHen I got off, I'd roll by the Old Tyme Donuts place down the highway to see if they had their donuts ready. Mmmm. NUTHIN like a fresh donut hot out of the grease! ;o) I'd usually get a dozen and bring them home for the family. They was pleased.
Rosie, I got a donut pan from the King Arthur Flour store! You mix them up and bake them, so they're not greasy at all! I've made Buttermilk and Blueberry ones. I'd like to try to make some Apple Cider Donuts.
Tell Joshua congrats for learning to spell such an important word. ;o)
Of course, nothing beats beignets and coffee at the Cafe du Monde in the French Quarter in New Orleans. ;o)
I'm so glad the dogs are doing well! Just smooths your way, doesn't it?
Makes it simpler, anyway.
And the cats have now discovered they can get out all their toys again without fear of dogs taking 'em. They were going nuts last night!
I thought maybe you'd gone graphic designer on us, and were including some sort of slick folding brochure about the HH troop support effort. LOL
fergot how tuh spell it too...
yeah... but it's cheese eatin' surrender monkey food... I won't even buy French Roast coffee...
