Well Hi There Stranger!
If his owners don't show up, we probably won't shoot him.
Our waitress at the bar had a terrible bladder infection. Ask us how we know that :~D
It is a very interesting thought, though!
And on that note, I need to get to bed.
See everyone in the morning! Grrr...I really, really don't wanna go to work.
LMAO!!
The things you find out about when you travel to Bree!
Good night, Rosie!
I'll be right back. Gotta settle Alyson again.
Roger that. So many people are taken for no reason at all. It's the pointlessness of it that staggers the mind so.
Maybe its wrong to get political at a time like this, but I think about the thousand plus good men and women that have died in Iraq... as having died *for* something important. Something significant in the history of the world that really will matter in the decades that lie ahead.
And yet many thousands die for nothing at all. No reason but being at the wrong place at the wrong time. Whether it is a highway accident or a walk on the beach at the wrong time.
Maybe someday they'll market those Taser-thingys at popular retail outlets. That'll calm 'em down. :-)
I can't believe you just said that...
~shakes head~
I was just checkin' in before crashin' to the couch... see everyone in the morning!
Said what??? [reading up] Oh... that... uh...
that wasn't me. that was my evil twin.
Nighty night, chica!
Ramius - you are ~so~ bad. Besides, even a taser wouldn't work on Alyson. She's crazy!
And dittos on what you were saying before that. You just never know when your number's up.
We never got around to seeing it at the IMAX theater. I'll have to check and see if it's still there!
Check out post 42. *cracking up*
Interesting comment, because indeed, one person did bear it all.
I don't want to get preachy, but that's the main thing that struck me when I saw The Passion.
Yes, the physical torture was brutal.
But what struck me most was the pain I saw in his eyes. The emotional and spiritual suffering that He went through was far more significant than the physical.
Evenin' Corin!
Just wrapping things up here and heading to bed.
I know what you mean about The Passion. I haven't been able to watch it again and I have the DVD.
hehehe... Yah... I was cracking up on that thread earlier too. Some of those Santas really make you feel sorry for those in the Santa bidness.
I need to buy the DVD. But I don't know that I'll ever watch it again.
G'nite. I need to head out too if fitness dwarf is gonna make it tomorrow morning.
Good night, Corin!
I haven't taken my nightly walk in weeks! I'll start up again after New Year's.
Roger that. Inasmuch as it really isn't about the physical pain, but the spiritual suffering of bearing the whole grief of the sin and loss of the world. The physical pain is just a metaphor.
Yikes... there I go again...
Yahknow... I never did see The Passion in the theatre. I do plan to get it on DVD though.
I've been told that Bad Santa is a funny-as-hell movie, but haven't watched it yet.
Maybe I'll sneak that one in on my birthday too. ;-)
I'm going to bed or I'll never make it to or thru work tomorrow. These last 3 weeks have been straight out of a nightmare for me.
I can't wait for all of this year-end crap to be over and done with!
Good night, Ramius! Be good. And if you can't be good, be careful. ;-D
I've never been good at being careful, but I'll try.
:-)
:-)
Ok. I've been dealing with the explosion thread in Muskogee down south of here. Bad situation, apparently.
Good night.
