I finally managed to close on, and sell my old house!
As many ( too many) people on FR know, I was about frantic with worry over this for months.
Many, many FRiends gave me comfort, prayer, wise advice, the occasional giggle, and a shoulder to moan on.
(Thanks, you guys. I would not have made it without the Canteen and the Undead Thrread!)
It's been a strange and scary year, and now I am done with the mayhem, just in time for Christmas!

Still haven't found a site on it per se, but I did find a few sites mentioning people with blow-up Grinches on their roofs. This family looks like they have fun decorating:

Hi! What's new with you? Are you home from school for the holidays?
Not a whole lot is new. I've just been busy finishing up end-of-the-semester stuff. I have some things I have to take care of on Monday, so won't be leaving to visit my parents until Tuesday.
That's a long semester, LOL! How'd your exams go?
I didn't have to take any exams this semester. All my classes required papers. But I did give an exam. LOL!

I don't know which is my favorite Christmas cartoon - Frosty or Rudolph.
I am ready to see Bell of Santi Mary's - I adored that movie.

I like Frosty and Rudolph both, but I think I like Rudolph better. I also really like "Santa Claus is Coming to Town" and "The Year Without a Santa Claus", which I'm watching now in fact because I discovered I had them while organizing my tapes :)
