I love sweet potatos.............I learned that what I don't like is all that candied stuff. The potatoes are sweet enough! I bake them, fry them, mash them. I'll take them any day over just a standard potato any day.
I always like to have potato chips around, and usually have a bag or 2 in the house. Salt & Vinegar, sour cream & onion or some other "flavored" kind. But absolutely NOTHING beats sweet potato chips. I've tried making them a couple of times, and I just about have it right.
