Well, just damn, Swervie. FreeRepublic is getting ridiculous with their bannings. The trend seems to be that the person starting a thread thinks he/she owns it and no dissension is allowed. Either that, or a thread dissolves into inane chatter of killing muslims or taking showers. These mind control freaks are getting on my last nerve, especially the religious ones.

Swervie, lookee. I just checked and apparently you are not banned just suspended for 2 days as you had initially thought. Try logging in and see what happens. :) You can't go, FR needs more posters with your depth of knowledge, experience and who are capable of provoking a vigorous, intelligent debate. What we need less of around here are those thin skinned, santimonious twits who can't defend their personal agendas and are too danged quick to take offense. It would surprise me to no end to learn that even a tenth of those ninnies ever contribute a dime to FR.
