I think you are losing it. Are you hung over today? ;)
You know Lakesharks should never travel too far from fresh water, and never swim in Tequila or other fine wines..
To: grannie9
Okay, okay........
So it didn't work......no Tequila swimming here.....
Dang, Gran, you're just too good at avoiding my slings and arrows.
I was angling for a way to call you a carpet bagger.
*Groan*
Maybe I am hungover after all.......

OMG..you are being way too esoteric for my mind today, and no I'm not hung-over either..just well-worn..;)
I've been called a "two bagger", does that count? lol lol
To: grannie9
I have lots of Mourning Doves too. They are getting quite assertive. While they do still putz around on the ground picking up what the other birds drop, there are 2 or 3 of them that challenge the Cardinals, Titmice and others for the open feeder and they will perch in position on a nearby tree branch seeking opportunity right along with the others. I guess they've decided to go straight to the source, rather than waiting for leftovers.

Some of these children have been through horrendous abuse and/or neglect, some for a really long time. Some of them, it is just nice to actually see clean and appropriately clothed.

If the condition has progressed far enough to where you are recognizing it, it is too late. You will just have to learn to live with it. Soon you will be required to report to Nully's basement for an orientation.

"Don't want to be around here when Gran gets excited by the stucco drying......." I think it's Al we have to worry about. He's the one who seems to enjoy running around butt nekkid. Grannie's in trouble if he ever gets senile. She will all the time have to be explainin' him to the neighbors.

Darling kids, Libby. It's so sad to think about what some of them have been through.

Soon you will be required to report to Nully's basement for an orientation. The pit is ready. I'm having a bit of trouble with the pendulum...
