A Chinese woman plays with a man wearing a 'condom suit' during an HIV (news - web sites)/AIDS (news - web sites) awareness campaign in Beijing November 28, 2004. China has approved human testing of a locally developed potential AIDS vaccine, the official Xinhua news agency said just days before World AIDS Day. Officials have pledged to speed up the approval process for anti-AIDS drugs in China, where the United Nations (news - web sites) has warned that the number of people with AIDS could rise to 10 million by 2010 unless serious steps are taken to fight the epidemic. It'd be highly uncomfortable to be shipped wrapped in a rug. In a barrel, Darks, In a barrel. Think Niagara Falls...

Arrrggghhh!!! My Monday is NOT starting off well. I got called twice last night after I went to bed. One of the situations I was able to handle by phone. The other, I had to go out on at 1 am. I am rapidly discovering that the cops around here do their darndest to abdicate responsibilities that are clearly their domain. I got back at 2:30 after tossing that ball back in the cops' court. Right after I got up this morning, a squirrel got on a transformer and blew the power in the area...(yes, again). I called work and told them I would be in at 10. After the second call to Centurytel, another foster mom called me to let me know a whole list of problems 2 of my kids have. I am currently on hold with the 3rd call to centurytel and it's not even 9:30!
Hope your morning is going better.
