..... tell me, that all this crap is straightened out, and a couple of weeks later, I get another bill....or in this case, one cut off notice and a bill from a collection agency. I'm ready to sic an attorney on these b*stards.

Send a typed letter to their legal dept. by certified mail, Return Receipt Requested, threatening to sue if things aren't fixed instantly: cc to the consumer advocates at all local papers, radio and TV stations.

That generally wakes someone up.

Dispute over turkey blamed for stabbings
By Associated Press
Friday, November 26, 2004

WORCESTER, Mass. - A man was charged with stabbing two relatives who allegedly criticized his table manners during Thanksgiving dinner.

Police said the fight broke out when Gonzalo Ocasio, Jr., 18, and his father, Gonzalo Ocasio, 49, reprimanded an uncle for picking at the turkey with his fingers, instead of slicing off pieces with a knife, the Worcester Telegram & Gazette reported Friday.

The uncle, Frank Palacious, 24, of Worcester, allegedly responded by stabbing them with a carving knife.

The father and son were being treated for stab wounds at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center.

A nursing supervisor said Friday she had no information on the younger Ocasio's condition. Police said he suffered stab wounds to the chest, back and right side. His father was treated for a stab wound in his arm.

Palacious is charged with two counts of domestic assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and assault with intent to murder, Detective Sgt. Thomas R. Radula said.

Mo..how wonderful. You got them all to smile and they look so cute in that pose. I like it!

Are you putting this on or in Christmas cards?

How did you get them so quick?

Now there's a dog with an attitude..lol

Did any of you watch the dog show yesterday? It was great. What gorgeous dogs. A male Doberman took first in show, which I guess is kind of unusual as the females are usually the winners when it comes to Dobs.

Man, did we have a messy dinner..lol. I'm doing a wash now. I had hot plates with the chick parm in it and Al's got too hot even with the mitts and he lost control of it as he was placing it on the table.. Off slipped the chicken parm with all the cheese and sauce and the tablecloth lost the fight.

Then I spattered my outfit with the sauce as I was putting it in the bowl. So I am doing a wash with the tablecloth, Al's shirt, my housecoat, tablecloth and hot mitts.

You can't take us anywhere, even home..lol. It was good tho..;)

Have more drinks before serving, is my best advice.

Been there, done that.

Aging and drinking, it's a wonderful thing.

(Pam wants to slap me, from time to time.)

Huge cheers down there.

LOL..we did have a really good time. A little country music.. Ray Price, Conway Twitty, and Deano's country album. Oh well.. it will all come out in the wash..

The filthy perv is out in the spa soaking off his lack of inhibitions and control..lol.

Life can be fun, as long as you don't quit! ;)...or get slapped upside the head too often.

Cheers right back at ya, Lod. ;)
