We will not tire, we will not falter, and we will not fail!
Good morning!!
Do not let the victims of the attacks on New York and Washington, nor the brave members of our Nation's military who have given their lives to protect our freedom, die in vain!!
American forces now control 80% of Fallujah. The remaining terrorists are now cornered.

Final election vote tally:
Bush = 60,480,193
Outgoing AG Ashcroft commented that there are certain judges in America which threaten National Security by ruling contradictory to the President's obligations under international treaties and agreements. Specifically, Ashcroft condemned a judge's ruling that the President's decision that Al Qa'eda members were exempt from the Geneva Conventions was wrong.
The ACLU, naturally, disagreed with Ashcroft.
For AMERICA - The Right Way, I remain yours in the Cause, the Chairman.
Sorry, but that's an actual total as of 8:38 AM ET this morning.
Exactly!
I had pushed myself harder that day, and was trying to get in one more limb before lunch.
I know better now to break when I need to break.
Good to have you among the walking!
I have some heavy duty electric hedge trimmers for brush. go thru 1.5 in wood stems easily.
Morning all you lumberjacks out there
OK !!!
It is counted!!!
I was waiting for this number for MY celebration to really begin...
Break out the Good Scotch! Rinse out the good glasses.
How about a snifter of my best brandy!
Whee doggies... !!!

"Bush will pass 60 million", near post#75 a site was mentioned that had a 60.4 million figure two days ago but it was "projected", and Yahoo was only at 59.8 counted then ... Thanks for the Update, since I have not been on the puter at all the last two days.
And the best part is the weeping and knashing of the teeth of the MoveOn socialist whiners. Oh Schadenfreude, Oh Schadenfreude !!! (I've gotta find the rest of the words to that song - LOL) It's gonna be so, so nice to rub this victory into the faces of libs to come in the years to come...
I'm really loving this November. I've given up not gloating for Lent, and have started early ...
Good Morning.
be careful out there with that trimmers.
We want to see you back here intact!
wow: those are some serious hedge trimmers if they can go through stuff that thick!
It must take Paul Bunyan himself to wield them!
Works for me! :)
I admit , when like Jemain, I am at it for a few hours, I am very sore. I now have A WHOLE LOT of this type of work to do.
My yard, like Jems is very overgrown. My mom & dad had done it over years, dad died & a few years later I came to help for a "short" time.. that has stretched into over a decade..When I moved in to help things were out of control. Mom keeps saying no, she'll do it when she feels better.. (sure) and I do try to keep peace as much as possible. But she will NOT see many of the areas I will attack. She can see most of the back yard from her uspstairs bedroom window...However, the sides & front yards are going to be a winter project.
By the way, "sorry" not necessary - my error entirely. I was just breathlessly waiting for that 60M mark and just about celebrated prematurely when I saw that other thread and the "projected" vote two days ago. Now, it is clear that the final tallies will be well above 60.4M that they projected at that site.
I know that there's not much difference from 59 to 60, but I would much rather say 60M and be too low in the conversations I expect to have in the future (avoid whiny 'he didn't get that many') or to say "over 60M" rather than "almost 60M" ... so this is a real milestone for ME that I was savoring. Thank you each and every US voter!!! and especially all you republicans who voted more than once!
Oh Schadenfreude, Oh Schadenfreude ... da-dah da-dah da da dahhh ...
Specifically, Ashcroft condemned a judge's ruling that the President's decision that Al Qa'eda members were exempt from the Geneva Conventions was wrong.
When al-Qa'eda signs the Geneva Conventions' protocols on war, then they will have protection, not before. I'll wager that the judge (insert the stupid jurist's name here_____________________), has never been in the Armed Forces of the U.S.
NFL week 10 schedule is forthcoming...

My favorite brandy is French.. haven't had any since war began... also gave away my French wines. Now that was prolly stupid. should have kept them & just not obtained any more...
Good brandy & bridge!

I am still rooting for Browns... but we have one heartbrake after another. ala - cry in your beer! Par for course to expect TOO much from a Cleveland Pro Team. Thanks for weekly listings of match ups.
off to get something productive done !
You could have used them in your compost heap, wine does have some good qualities.
Good morning. Despit what I heard at the beauty parlor lsat night, the play was fabulous and I didn't need to bring a book :-)
The TRUE reason New Orleans does not win at home. In the start of the century a voodoo cenetary was constructed on the site the dome is on. Until it is moved the Aints will not win.
Bummer.

That sounds as logical as the many reasons the Browns have trouble winning....
