Good for you, TR.Sheesh!! After reading my own comment it sounded snotty-ish. It wasn't meant to be. :-) I'm happy for anyone who gets new toys.

I have some questions about your wireless laptop. I have a work issued wireless, but it doesn't work at home because the Office has it's own server and uses the state's network to transmit (I think I said that correctly, don't laugh if I didn't,, I know next to nothin' about computers)
My question: I had someone install my personal ISP link into this wireless computer. But it doesn't work. Do I need to remove the little card thingy before I can use dial up?

Color me red, Mozie. Yesterday I knew it was your daughter and today I was thinking of one of my sister who is similarly afflicted right now.
Blessings on you all.

Your work-issued laptop probably has work-issued software to keep you from using a dial-up ISP. You need to ask your IT department if that is allowed under their security doctrine. You don't get in trouble for asking, but you might for trying to get around it (without asking).
Next time I post, I should be hardwired into a high-speed network at Trill's.
We're going to go visit her horse first thing tomorrow, there may be some problems with his care provider, so we're going to take care of that before we start packing my stuff.
Alarm is set of 0330... ug...

When Pfc. Ev got home & I told him about his sister, he said "I'll bet you'd like a great big ol' hug."
I think I'll keep this kid. As long as I can.

He definitely is a keeper, Mozie! And give him a hug back from all of us .... partly for his service and partly because he's a special young man.
I don't quite know what to say to you about Em
.... I hurt for you
.... I understand what you're going through
.... I wish I could wiggle my nose and make it all better.
