We will not tire, we will not falter, and we will not fail!
Good morning!!
Do not let the victims of the attacks on New York and Washington, nor the brave members of our Nation's military who have given their lives to protect our freedom, die in vain!!
The battle for Fallujah
Current status, from Fox News:
American and Iraqi National Forces have battled to the center of Fallujah.
At this point, 12 Americans are dead, 25 wounded.
Roughly 70% of the city is considered under allied control.
Terrorists have struck back in other areas in Iraq, including abucting three members of the Iraqi PM's own family, according to reports.
There are no accurate counts of terrorist casualties.
In other news...
Fifteen years ago today, the Berlin Wall came down. This event began the shattering of communist dreams in Europe. Nowhere is that more evident than with CNN, America's own Communist News Network. Wolf Blitzer actually publsihed a piece, available on CNN's website, the laments the fall of The Wall.
No kidding.
Some excerpts:
But the collapse of communism in Europe also had another effect. It produced a power vacuum, upsetting a 44-year balance of power that had kept the world reasonably stable.
And while the West was accustomed to dealing with communists, dealing with terrorists was a different matter.
"The problem [with terrorists] is that they don't have a return address. If you know where it came from, they know that they would get nuked in return and that creates a certain deterrence," says Hammes [quoted by Blitzer.]
Note to CNN and all leftist journalist--if you like Communism so much, there's a communist state nearby, just 70 miles south of Florida, you may go to. Thanks.
For AMERICA - The Right Way, I remain yours in the Cause, the Chairman.
Yes, he is REALLY dead. Positively.
This is good news. Narrows down the field of terrorists.
Heh! The president is human after all. Good for him for not speaking to the Spanish PM.
Good morning! Did someone drive a stake through what passes as his heart?
I'm reading the thread about President Bush not being able to receive the Spanish PM's phone call. Good for Bush!
Good morning! We have the same thought!
Mozie, you and Em are in my prayers.
Good morning Peach.
The Pres is giving Zapatero the cold shoulder like he used to with Chretian. And why not? Very recently I read an article that stated Zapatero sees his main foreign policy function as opposing the United States. And sucking up to France/Germs.
Hopefully the Spaniards will locate their collective minds very soon.
Good morning all
Prairie
Thank you, VETERANS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Active duty troops......Thank you and God bless!!!!!!
One of those replies reminded me of a driving incident which happened to us about 2 weeks ago. We were heading north on an interstate, in the right hand lane. A chartered bus started to passed but must have not realized that when we don't show up in his mirrors he hadn't passed us totally. But then he began moving over into our lane. Hubby leaned on the horn and moved onto the shoulder. The bus kept going. We got back on the road as we were able. I wrote down the bus number.
Then his partner bus passed us without incident. However, on the back of the second bus was a company number. I immediately got on the cell and the company heard about it. Its the first time I've ever done that, but we were fortunate there wasn't an accident.
Good morning. Happy Veterans Day to our veterans.
Anyone gonig to a Wal Mart today may wish to look for their tribute to our soldiers. I'm assuming it's the same at each store.
Our WM has a book that you can leave a message and sign your name to thank our soldiers.
Yes, THANK YOU VETERANS! THANK YOU, JOHN!
I hung the flag first thing, even before booting up the computer.
Our's has a display at each set of doors.
Sugar Land has flags out at each major intersection.
God bless our troops.
Good morning.
Where are you?
I'm in FL.......Windows wide open, flag flying proudly, and rejoicing, still, in the election results.
It's good you called before that driver killed someone. He will be hopefully read the riot act and more careful in the future.
There's a thread that Carter wants to lead the delegation to Arafat's funeral. I hope Clinton goes too.
Let the left see just what kind of people honor that pig.
