President Bush's margin of victory continues to grow. His popular vote advantage is now 52% to 47%, and he won by a whopping 4.7 million votes! The election wasn't close after all.
Just can't wipe that after glow election feeling off my my face.
I remember the flaming we got from some of our Freepers... would love to say, "told you so..." but I cannot seem to find them anywhere... heh heh heh...
I am going to try to go. I want to see the Inauguration, and I want to celebrate!
So, can somebody tell me why Rudy and Condi are out as far as viable conservatives go, but Ahnold is IN, despite the fact that he is a pro-choice, pro-embryonic stem cell (research, but not funding -- 'Why not??') Republican??? Or are we still not allowed to talk policy yet??? ;-))
I remember, just last week...predicting he was going to win and win big...and I got slapped down for saying it...
and I also predicted a landslide...it wasn't but it surely was close enough for me.

As far as I'm concerned, he is out as well. I don't really trust him and he never seriously is a contender. I do not think we should change the constitution to allow naturalized citizens to be President. If a person can change allegiance once, they are more persuadable to change it again.

The only objection I have to Condi is that she is not against abortion. If she ponders the issue and realizes that pre-born babies are human, she will realize abortion equals murder and won't support that heinous practice. Then, she would be acceptable to me.
