I don't care what it tastes like at all...I'm thinking of dosing myself with it. According to the research, the zins with the 16% have the most of what's good for you. I plan on taking it right before bed, downing it like Nyquil.

And of course, if I could get one cheap, that'd be good.

I recognize Sutter Home...

Even if it's for your health and not for enjoyment...I don't see any reason NOT to enjoy it - rather than just downing it like medicine. Even if I was doing it to lower cholesterol, I'd still sip it!

Of the ones Jen mentioned, I've had Sutter Home and Woodbridge. I THINK Woodbridge was a little tastier, but it might have been more expensive, I don't remember.

Do not down it like medicine. You don't drink much these days, right? A red wine will go right to your head. Instead, sip it for the last half hour before bed. You'll feel much more relaxed.

And you probably would rather your boys didn't get the idea that wine is medicine! I'm sure they don't take medicine on their own, of course, but better to indicate that it's a "grown-up drink" than "it's good for you."
