Welcome to The Hobbit Hole!
A new road or a secret gate...
New verse:
Upon the hearth the fire is red, Beneath the roof there is a bed; But not yet weary are our feet, Still round the corner we may meet A sudden tree or standing stone That none have seen but we alone. Tree and flower and leaf and grass, Let them pass! Let them pass! Hill and water under sky, Pass them by! Pass them by! |
Still round the corner there may wait A new road or a secret gate, And though we pass them by today, Tomorrow we may come this way And take the hidden paths that run Towards the Moon or to the Sun. Apple, thorn, and nut and sloe, Let them go! Let them go! Sand and stone and pool and dell, Fare you well! Fare you well! |
Home is behind, the world ahead, And there are many paths to tread Through shadows to the edge of night, Until the stars are all alight. Then world behind and home ahead, Well wander back to home and bed. Mist and twilight, cloud and shade, Away shall fade! Away shall fade! Fire and lamp, and meat and bread, And then to bed! And then to bed! |

[sip] I've got Singing in the Rain on.

It wasn't really quite a suicide, was it? Just a really stupid "I don't care what happens to me" reckless attitude that was bound to lead to death.
Just finished. Wow...that was...yeah, a tear jerker. Big time.
*sniff*

No, it was suicide. Only suicides become Shinigami in that story. He deliberately rode his bike off the cliff...

Um, because I can't take the bus - it doesn't start running that early - so I have to drive to school that day.

The c/r is watching
Annie Get Your Gun. Noah fence, but I find it annoying.
I'm burning a VCD of some of the RotK-EE stuff I've downloaded for viewing after Annie's done.

I'm still wondering why Jonathan didn't have a human form. I mean...he wasn't a ghost, best I can tell - Itzumi at the end says they'll both be punished by remaining Shinigami. So what's up with that?

Heh...yeah, that one is kinda annoying.
"Doin' what comes naturally..."
Or am I confusing it with something else?

To: RosieCotton
No, he is a ghost, just a ghost who's also Shinigami. It may be something weirder than what would have happened to Takuto.
I'll have to send you the manga (it's not licensed, so I downloaded the whole thing). It's a little different and I liked the anime better, but it does have some explanations. Like who Meroko really is, and what's up with Izumi, and such.

You mean what Izumi's problem is?
I guess he was slightly less evil at the end, but only slightly.
Plus his theme music creeped me out.

Yeah, it was creepy. He's very creepy. I like Takuto and Meroko's theme music better.
Did I send you all four versions (including the instrumental) of Eternal Snow? I like Mitsuki's, but I really like the Route L version.

Evening OT; just finished watching 'Lost'. Still a good show. The advert said episode 1 and 2 would be on next week.
To: RosieCotton
That's the one.

Evening. Miss Cat is really out tonight.

Heh, Louise aka seldom seen crabby old one, went to the vet today for her geriatric check up. Once LSA got in the kitty carrier it was okay, till then it was 'challenging'. Got shaved patch on her leg but is on the radiator pad, snoring up a storm, none the worse for the experience.
To: JenB
um..... you have the manga?!?! Where can I get it?!

Well not deliberately per-say (how the heck do you spell that?>... but for all intents and purposes it was suicide. He lost the will to live and then did something which caused his death. He did not really decide to die but did my extreme deliberate negligence. Bah! I am rambling, you both saw it too. Just got back from the gym... kinda sore and the brain is offline.
