A new road or a secret gate...

Upon the hearth the fire is red,
Beneath the roof there is a bed;

Still round the corner we may meet
A sudden tree or standing stone

Tree and flower and leaf and grass,

A new road or a secret gate,

And take the hidden paths that run

Home is behind, the world ahead,
And there are many paths to tread
Through shadows to the edge of night,
Until the stars are all alight.
Then world behind and home ahead,

Fire and lamp, and meat and bread,

LOL! That must have been late the first night, I'm guessing? I think a bunch of us had already gone to bed.
Hm...what scene could it have been? I'm tryin' to think, but there aren't too many that make me wanna sleep or leave the room...except possibly the Galadriel Halloween episode.

I wouldn't know - I was soooo zonked that day! I stayed up practically the whole night before Entmoot, but it didn't catch up with me until the second day. I was nodding off in the theater, even, which was a real shame as I've only been to a place like that once before.
I don't remember getting home, really.

I just can't get over how far from everything you must be. I like the country but you know, it's really nice living five minutes from everything, too.

I thought I'd get out of rehearsals tonite. It's tech night. But they need me to run one scene change at 7:00 and Jr. to run another at 8:30. At least it's convenient.
