More men at work -- stay at home moms can get out and vote.
And I cannot believe the amount of crybabying around here. Getting panicky won't do anything. You can get all upset if and when W loses--there'll be plenty of time for that afterwards. I just find all this handwringing disgusting.

I am not surprised it is 60% women. It only makes sense. I am a stay at home mom, actually a home school mom and I went down to vote this morning. My husband will vote this evening.
By the way, our little polling place in this small Montana town has had lines all morning~yippee
I do not have on the radio or TV turned to news...My entire family voted early...I live in Texas..
I wish everyone would stop posting exit polls this early..They are not accurate...They either make people relax and think they don't need to stand in the rain or cold for hours and vote or they panic some people.

Up on Drudge now. at 59-41 women to men, Kerry having a 4 point lead in Ohio is NOT GOOD NEWS FOR KERRY as the womens vote has traditionally gone Democratic. JMHO of course...
Convert the numbers then. If kerry is leading by X% with 59:41 women to men, and they poll what? 51-49 Kerry? someone find that statistic, and convert this to a usable number.
Why would ANY Female vote for Kerry???
Golly, sorry about the double post. I am new at this but not new to lurking.
Thrilled to report that my 2 college age daughters are voting today in their first presidential election. They are happy to do it and understand what a GREAT honor it is to vote in a free country.
It is NOT just your humble opinion--it's been a fact for a long time that women go overwhelmingly democrat. So if W is only slightly behind with this exit polling with that 2-1 ratio of women-to-men being polled, if this continues holding and men vote as they usually do (overwhelmingly gop), Kerry's a goner.
To preserve the "freedom" to murder her own children in the womb, of course.
I am getting sick and tired of the weak and spineless sisters (men & women) on this site!!! Don't you realize that the MSM will do anything to get GW Bush defeated. Now that Drudge has reported that the first wave of exit polling was weighted with woman responses, you can throw the first wave out the window. The MSM is messing with your foolish heads. I say, screw the MSM. We are fighting for the very continuance of the USA!!! They are traitors , as is John Kerry and the current Democrat Party. You want to spank these criminals, well, then get out and vote for GW Bush, right freaking now!!! Stop crying in your beer and get some backbone and determination!!! GO VOTE!!!
