um, no. fnc reported that it's being scoured to see if it might have been a signal, even as has been reported from the time it was broadcast yesterday. even as the other tapes have been scoured for the same reason. fnc has not reported that there is the slightest indication that it might be a signal, only that the intelligence people are trying to make sure it isn't.
