Has everyone seen the new hardee's commercial with the girl riding the mechanical bull while eating a "thickburger"? What do you think? Is it too sexy for a fast food commercial?

It's sad to me that Hardees and other places have to use sex inuendos to get business. What's really ironic is that Carl's Jr. (which apparently owns Hardee's now) played this commercial nearly a YEAR ago...and there was absolutely no controversy about it then.
I think this "controversy" has been contrived by the ad agency that's working for Carl's Jr.

It's too much, really. I'm reminded of those "gentleman's club" ads that come on at 10pm.

That's because Carl's Jr. isn't national as Hardee's is...
To: jhh1
Huh?
Carl's Jr. here in CA ran that commercial for the first time probably 2 years ago.
I wish they'd run it again. I loved it.

You New Jersey people may think a bull is sexy, but us Texas cowpokes prefer white faced heffers.

That's because Carl's Jr. isn't national as Hardee's is... Hardee's isn't national either. It sure isn't in any part of the West Coast I've seen.

It's not fine when my 6 and 8 year-old boys are in the room. Unfortunately, this commercial runs a lot during baseball games when you don't expect to have to censor the TV. Not that I blame the boys for looking, it's hard for me not to sneak a peek. On the titilation scale, this commercial would rate a 10.

I first saw Hardees in Fresno, CA next to my first Wendy's and Taco Bell. I just got back from 3 years in Europe (Dad was Military).
Hardees was bought by Roy Rogers and franchised out.
