BOR has been promising us for a month that if Kerry doesn't come on his show that Kerry will definitely lose the election. Yesterday he modified it to say that he would not personally vote for Kerry if he didn't come on his show.

Translation: Kerry has already stiffed BOR so badly that BOR will never be able to get it up again.
