There is no precedent with this case - it is common to convict on circumstation evidence. There was a lot of it in this case. If the circumstances don't add up to guilty, then you get an acquittal. If the circumstances add up, well, you're going to jail. This case is local for me, and I was paying attention right at the beginning. No, we don't know HOW Laci died, but the coroner determined that she died an "unnatural" death, and ruled it a homicide. I don't think there was any rush here - it was several months before Peterson was arrested, and nearly a year before he went on trial. Many people seem to think that a circumstantial case equals No Evidence. That's simply not true. Scott's going to prison to pay for his crime.

I have heard that you are a gourmet cook, besides bar-b-que, even. Do you recommend soaking the Thanksgiving turkey in brine, and if so, what are the ingredients and tips?

I heard the south is famous for the deep frying or broasting the turkey!
it is suppose to be crispty on the outside and juice on the inside!
But it can be dangerous because of the setup the hot oil could tip over and of course the butane.
I don't see them adverized much anymore most likely many newcombers did not follow the instruction and got into trouble!

Welcome.
I've asked such questions before myself.
And once or twice actually gotten an explanation from the mods.
back to something awhile back:
Remember you asking about my handle and where it came from?
And remember how I said I'd explained it somewhere but don't rightly remember where?
Well, I finally slogged through my old links and found the explanation I'd given way back.

But by now it's one of those fun things that you have come to expect.
(I actually missed you sayin that! Must admit, you haven't said that in awhile.)
