Hmm... so they think Tacoma is a target eh? Is it fair to paint targets on any particular buildings, or is that considered cheating? :-)
To be fair... Tacoma has come a very long way in the last ten or so years. It's becoming a fun place to walk around downtown, and that didn't used to be the case. There was a time some years ago where they used to say that a tornado could ravage the town and do hundreds of dollars in improvements. :-)
