Welcome to The Hobbit Hole!
...Pass them by! Pass them by!
New verse:
|
Upon the hearth the fire is red, Beneath the roof there is a bed; But not yet weary are our feet, Still round the corner we may meet A sudden tree or standing stone That none have seen but we alone. Tree and flower and leaf and grass, Let them pass! Let them pass! Hill and water under sky, Pass them by! Pass them by! |
Still round the corner there may wait A new road or a secret gate, And though we pass them by today, Tomorrow we may come this way And take the hidden paths that run Towards the Moon or to the Sun. Apple, thorn, and nut and sloe, Let them go! Let them go! Sand and stone and pool and dell, Fare you well! Fare you well! |
Home is behind, the world ahead, And there are many paths to tread Through shadows to the edge of night, Until the stars are all alight. Then world behind and home ahead, Well wander back to home and bed. Mist and twilight, cloud and shade, Away shall fade! Away shall fade! Fire and lamp, and meat and bread, And then to bed! And then to bed! |

Rosie,
Walmart usually has a pretty decent selection of bulbs and they're not too spendy. It's a bit more convenient for me than you, but last year I'd just pick up a bag or two every week until it was too late to plant.

Wow, if there were "costumes" skimpier than the ones I saw, I'm worried.
Ugh. Halfway through Monday... I want anime... I forgot to bring in any of my pencil boards, I'm going to use them as mousepads.

You could bungee the cabinet to a mechanic's creeper and then pull it home.
Of course, you would have to drive v-e-r-y s-l-o-w.
Creeping, actually...

It's been pretty dead all afternoon, hasn't it?
Sigh... another hour until lab. Three until I get home, ad I haven't even decided what to do with the pork I thawed for dinner.

It's great. We just loved it. It was very clean, but had "romance" in it that just made us laugh.
Good to see you!

Grrrr.....bank guy wasn't in today so I don't find out about the house until (probably) tomorrow. My second choice house already has a bid on it.

Mrsnad...
I've been taking all my habenaro peppers and my little chiltepins and dehydrating them, then grinding them up into little flakes and powder.
I like it on eggs...nothing else.
I just now had some eggs for supper and I think I went overboard with the pepper powder. I could feel it burning me clear down my throat, past my collar bone!
I thought I might pass away! Ha ha!
