Folks here often joke about changing the name of the state to Taxes. (I saw that on a personalized Texas plate once.)
Colorado lives up to that name.
But the sales tax and state income tax are less than they were in PA. My apartment rent is high, but food is less, so it works out... sorta...
Anyway I'm leeching off the taxpayers for the next few years so I can't complain too much.
