Just got back from buying books for Joseph for high school. I was able to buy three of them used and saved a good bit! Got those three for $80, but they're all hardback major books without a lot of marks or underlining. I still spent $270 on the other books, locks for his lockers, and his gym uniform. That's not so bad. I only have to buy two more books ($60) that were out of stock at the school. I'm not going to bother trying to get them on line; the prices aren't any better, and I may not get them by early next week when he'll need them.
Don't you love it when you save a pretty penny? I do and I don't think I'll ever be too rich to like doing it.
Matthew is in 5th grade now.
