I could hardly hear ya. Our cell phones had problems at the beach this time. That's why I kept asking if you wuz still there.

~smiles~ I know I've said this before, but the stark difference between the Atlantic and the Pacific is something I never would have understood had I not seen it. And ~heard~ it. The Atlantic can get noisy I am sure... during a hurricane, but the Pacific is ~always~ noisy. Bringing in surf from storms thousands of miles away, all the time, day and night. It is ~never~ quiet like that.
