Maybe they were all men, refused to ask for directions and ended up on the wrong planet.
...without wearing any protection?
Let's try to keep this a family thread.
Evenin' folks. Been a busy day. Church this mornin'. Then I actually got to work in the yard this afternoon. I think it's the first time in about 6 weeks (or more that it's been dry enough to do so).
Wife had baked some desserts to take to church. We're part of a ministry to the homeless. About 30-some folks (mostly moms and kids) spend a week in area churches on a rotating basis. So tonite was the choir nite to fix dinner. The Oreo cake she baked fell right before she was gonna leave. So we scrounged up a punch bowl and she piled it all in. She walked in with it and the ladies said "it's beautiful." heh...
Jr. and I went to see Spiderman 2 tonite. Vey cool. We were the only ones in the theater!
Don't know if I said this but Luke and Nana are spendin' the week in North Carolina. Well, until wife goes to get them on Thursday.
I need to update my website. But it's not gonna happen tonite.
ROFL!
Only ones in the theater, eh? That reminds me I need to see that again before it's gone. . .
Funny story on the cake :)
Good evening, Corin ;~D
SSQ and I took the kids to see The Village at the 12:20 pm feature. There were five people in the theater besides us. We like to sit on the front row of the elevated stadium seats so we can put our feet up on the bannisters. We didn't arrive until almost 12:15, but were still able to have the front row almost to ourselves. There were two folks on the end of the row, so we got our favorite middle seats! Woo Hoo!
RE; the meals for the homeless. Clare's Girl Scout troop did a meal at the local Congregational Church for 6 families who were staying there. The girls enjoyed the experience.
I need to do an update too...in fact, a complete overhaul...but I lack the kind of wysiwyg html editor I used when I first set it up.
