I notice one volume is titled "Kristin Lavransdatter: The Bridal Wreath, The Mistress of Husaby/The Cross" while there are also separate volumes titled "The Bridal Wreath", etc. Is there a certain one I'm supposed to read first?

Um...read them in the order that they are in the book that has all in one. I just borrowed the big book.

I went and got the big book today. It was kind of funny because when I got it the librarian said, "I'm going to read that book once before I die!" Not sure exactly what she meant by that, but she mentioned she was full-blooded Norwegian, so I guess it had something to do with that--maybe Norwegians around here feel obligated to read it or something, I dunno, LOL!
