I was wondering why the school had picked these particular colors...

It just occured to me that those are the colors used in Luther's Rose.

Makes sense since it is a Lutheran school.

Oh, great, I've never even heard of Luther's Rose and I thought I was well-up on the Reformation!

Wondering if Luther's Rose is anything like Calvin's Tulip... probably should not bring that up...
