It's a parody of anime-fans, and anime in general. Only it's not downloading and I think the file's fake. Someone said it was real, but someone else said the anime's not available yet... I dunno.
Once the semester starts, apparently the setup gets shut down. It can be gotten away with over the summer because nobody's using the resources.
That parody sounds like it would be funny if it was real--if it's not real it should be!
If the setup gets shut down after summer, it's good you started work a few weeks early :)
